The Director's Cut Live Build

$690.00

Go from single shots to a finished short film

This three-week live build is for creatives who can already generate images and want to direct a film.

Three live sessions, ninety minutes each, building one short film from first idea to final cut.

Most AI animation gets made by accident: generate, hope, regenerate, and burn through renders chasing a shot that never lands. This live build is a production method. Setting a project up so renders stop going to waste, holding a character, a location and a prop steady across a whole sequence, and directing the entire workflow from Claude.

You’ll leave knowing how to:

  • Deploying custom Claude Studio Lab agents on your own projects

  • Building character, location and prop assets as elements that hold from shot to shot

  • Diagnosing and fixing face drift and consistency, live on screen

  • Writing full scripts and storyboards in Claude

  • Running scene generations in Higgsfield against a shot plan

  • Cutting the film in CapCut with sound design, dialogue and transitions

Who it's for: Creative professionals who already know their way around AI image generation and want to direct a short film, character and scene, with control. No filmmaking background required.

What you'll need:

  • Claude (free subscription)

  • Higgsfield or Figma Weave

  • CapCut, for the final session

  • An idea you have been meaning to make

All tools are third-party and require separate accounts.

Program structure: Three ninety-minute live sessions across three weeks, with homework between each one and every session recorded.
